C-7
Caribou in action review
Renowned
for its "bush plane" experience, de Havilland Canada
followed up the DHC-3 Otter with the much larger twin-engined DHC-4
Caribou, and this latter design would also prove to be invaluable for
getting men and material into and out of marginal airstrips the world
over. This book is an excellent look at the various military
operators of the Caribou, centered on the US Army (AC-1.CV-2) and
USAF (C-7) but also including images of many foreign aircraft.
